The Buddhas taught:

The Venerable Abbot of Phat Linh Pagoda is known as Do Dinh Binh, born in 1972, in Saigon city - Vietnam, father is a doctor, mother is a pilgrimage guide.

When he was a teenager, he attended high school until grade 11, in the same year in 1989, he followed his mother to reunite with his family in the capital, Oslo, in the Kingdom of Norway. Going to Norway, he apprenticed in Social Environmental Health; then went to work as an employee at Rimi supermarket.

He took refuge in the Three Jewels with Most Venerable Minh Ha Tri at Khuong Viet Pagoda - Norway, whose legal name is Minh Dinh. Although he is in a foreign land, he often goes to the temple to study Buddhism regularly.

In 1995, he went on a pilgrimage to India and thanks to that, after 2 years, he went to Vien Giac pagoda in Hannover city - Duc Quoc, started his ordination with Most Venerable Nhu Ha Dien on July 31, 1997, and was granted a monastic law. is Hanh Dinh.

One year later, he received novice monkhood on May 16, 1998. After studying for 5 years, he received the bhikkhu's precepts, the Dharma name being Giac Nien on July 1, 2001.

In 2003 he was nominated by Master to go to India to be the Confidant of the Giac Tu Tu Tuc Tuc Center and at the same time to assist in the Buddhist affairs of Phat Linh Pagoda in Vietnam.

In October 2006, Thay returned to Vietnam to directly restore Phat Linh Pagoda; After 4 years of construction, the project was completed. Phat Linh Pagoda officially held the inauguration ceremony on July 4 and 5, 2009; Since then, monastic activities have developed until today.

Master's wish is to set up a Pure Land Dao School at Phat Linh Temple for everyone to come and study, in order to repay the kindness of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Venerables.
